Ryan supported Gap Talent in our South African office in 2023 prior to his impending move to Cape Town. Ryan was brought on as the head of talent acquisition to effectively develop, optimise and improve on the company's recruitment/talent acquisition strategy and operational processes.
During his time he oversaw and optimised the end-to-end recruitment, providing support and guidance throughout. He drove the updating of systems and processes to streamline operations between all the stakeholders involved.
